(My first assignment) After looking thru some interesting historical facts about Howard University I understand what people mean when they mention the legacy. There have been many noteworthy persons to have come from the Mecca. However, I must ask myself questions such as: Are HBCU's still necessary?, Is it still worth is going to Howard?, and what mark can I leave on Howard?
