Howard History

Howard University Hospital used to be Griffin Stadium where great negro league. It was also the site where Elijah Muhhamad and Clarence "Lite foot" Misoo held thier debate on the principles of Islam vs. Christainity. Howard is the only University that still owns and operates its Hospital in the area. Kelly Miller is the designer of the current Howard seal in which he combined the ideas of a vocational work school and a liberal arts college.
